Called them to ask for help with an 18month old TV and even though the problem was with the TV and really nothing to do with JB Hi Fi, they were very helpful and determined to fix my problem. Fantastic customer service! You will not get service like this with online places like Amazon.

JB Hi-Fis staff are generally helpful and friendly, and they are able to address my queries effectively. Often however, the place gets busy and there isnt enough staff for the number of customer in store. My wife got her laptop from JB Hi-Fi Doncaster, and her decision is mainly based on the recommendation from the staff. We feel that it was the right recommendation because so far the laptop is meeting all our needs without any issue. If we are not getting the items online, JB Hi-Fi will probably be our next stop to look for items like these thanks to their customer service.
