I went to the Doncaster Office work today, and ask Kiara if she can help me printing some documents from my Gmail account? Kiara is very professional & Help me successfully to print it out. because I am not good at it and Kiara is very patient to help me out. Once again, Just want to say Thankyou to her.

I had a few questions relating to the printing of a large photo… sizing, costs, framing and on canvas. Each question was answered with “on line”. For someone who does not have a computer this is not easy to do yourself. I was under the impression that Office Works was a retail store and Not an ‘On line’ service . Not everyone has access to a computer or has knowledge of using one. Special Needs, disability, cancer chemo patients left with no feeling in fingers. sight impaired … and many other personal issues. Very disappointing. Come on Office Works ‘Up your game’. And give some Service… that’s what a Retail Store is for… To assist its customers. Not even a One Star rating from me.

Tried to call, but phone drops out every single time - obviously they do not want phone calls, very poor service.

Tried to obtain a fax or email address, but impossible! Get with it Officeworks!!!

I would like to thank the staff at Office Works Doncaster for helping me out after another branch made a mess of my project. I had a fairly big print job to do which had a due date but another branch called me on the morning it was due and said their printer wasnt working. They could not contact any other branch because apparently many of them are not picking up, and when they did, they couldnt send the file across because it was too big!

When I walked into Office Works Doncaster and told them of my job, initially they stated they wouldnt be able to deliver it in such short notice. But after they heard it was due to an issue with another branch, they told me they can print but will not be able to sort it all out in time, but if I was happy to do the sorting on my own, they would be happy to assist.

The lady (I forget her name) cleared some space for me and gave me a workspace and even worked across her lunch hour to get all the printing done for me in between attending to other customers. For this Im very grateful!
Of course, we all know that Office Works is probably the largest supplier of office and stationery products and are located everywhere, but if you ever have the option to choose the right branch, go to the Doncaster branch!
