We had a blocked drain late in the afternoon and called Optimised Plumbing Services. They arrived quickly, diagnosed the issue straight away and had it cleared in no time. Very professional and reasonably priced. If you need an emergency plumber I highly recommend these guys. Price was high but fair and the price fixed they gave us was a complete fix, no extra charges.

Optimised Plumbing Services helped us with a hot water system replacement and the whole process was smooth from start to finish. Friendly team, great communication, and very clean workmanship. You can tell they take pride in their work. Highly recommend.

My new toilet cistern was grossly overpriced, the workman did not give me his name when he came in the door, he didn’t cleanup as promised but left water all over the floor. I’m throwing the magnet away! There was no sign of my seniors discount or my 15% off. The invoice was not itemised and therefore who knows what the cost of the product and the labour was. Not a company I’ll use again.

This company is a complete rip-off. Charging $800 just to connect a barbecue gas hose to an existing natural gas point and test it is outrageous. The so-called “service” costs more than the barbecue itself, even though I already had the conversion kit. The pricing is not only unreasonable, it borders on predatory. Avoid this company at all costs.

Contrary to other reviews, my experience with this company is bad.

They overcharge costumers way too much, more than double other plumbers charge.

I had a job of removing an old isinkerator and fitting with normal pipes for drainage. I called this plumbing service. The next day,

a guy called Rockland, who is responsible for sales, came to my house. He charged me $850 for this job. That is after 15% senior

discount and taking $49 off for first service! His reason were:

1) the materials cost more than $300;

2) it needs 3 or more hours of labor.

Two days later, a workman called Chicou showed up. Actually he

completed the job in only one hour with a few pipes and fittings.

The other plumbers charge for this job around $350 only.

So this plumbing service charged more than double.

Therefore I would advise costumers to avoid this company.

This company is a SCAM. They are simply robbing people of their hard earned money. They will put a magnet advertisement card in your post box which says $49 off from their first service which is ONLY when they go ahead with the service. I called them about the leaking tap repairment. They simply booked an appointment without asking for any details about the tap e.g. make, problem, photos etc. and then the guy walks in the next day and simply said that tap needs a replacement as it's a quarter-turn ceramic disk without even opening it up and inspecting the problem and took away $79 WITHOUT DOING ANYTHING. On top of it they quoted close to $700 for the tap replacement which is grossly overpriced. THIS IS HIGHLY UNPROFESSIONAL approach to a repair service. I have never ever encountered this kind of apprach ever by any company in the past. I have got done so many jobs via different trades company in the past and they always ask for details before visiting the property. These are just there to scam people by charging callout fees WITHOUT DOING ANYTHING as they know that people won;t proceed with the job as they are highly priced. BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY.
