We normally buy our bluestone pavers locally but a client put us on to you guys for European Bluestone pavers. We were a little concerned at first seeing we hadn’t layed these bluestone pavers before. The European Bluestone was identical to Australian bluestone and went down easily and I must admit the price was exceptionally affordable.

The delivery was smooth, and the tiles themselves are beautiful and of excellent quality. Overall, I had a very positive experience and would highly recommend Stone & Slate Discounts to anyone looking for high-quality bluestone pavers

Great prices and quality, and the travertine sample I received was identical to my tiles delivered. A big thank you to Jenna for organizing so smoothly

Our finished job exceeded our expectations as it looks beautiful. We purchased white Capri limestone pool tiles and matching drop down pool capping stone. From start of purchasing project to final install it was seamless. A big shout out to Annie who gave us excellent service in the showroom

I purchased "natural" bluestone crazy pavers, one of the crates delivered had been dropped at some stage resulting in a large number of the pavers breaking into smaller pieces. I rang and spoke with the manager who responded whether the pavers were broken or not they are still crazy pavers... Refused to swap the crate over or provide any dispensation calming that if he wanted to supply a crate of broken crazy pavers he can because they are still crazy pavers. He did offer to take the pavers back and provide a refund if I covered the freight costs (??), difficult when the job is 80% done and finding good matching pavers elsewhere is near impossible...
I noted the product is nothing like the example images or the product description on their website and was told the description on the quote only notes "30mm crazy pavers" so I got what I paid for.
I spent $3,500 on pavers and out of the 5 crates one crate was obviously damaged, when raising the issue I was met with a dismissive attitude and zero appreciation of the customer. The manager also noted he already had my money so he didn't really care.
The product as a whole even when delivered undamaged is pretty rough - loads of saw marks, uneven thicknesses even within single pavers and chisel marks on the face where the pavers were "naturally" broken.
If I could turn back time I would never have purchased from them and certainly will never again, buyer beware...

I paid $300 for arissing of tiles that came back sharp and unusable and needed to be re-done by my paver. Stone and Slate Discounts ignored my complaints for several weeks and refused to compensate me in any way. Shop around there are better and cheaper suppliers out there.

Sent the incorrect size product to what was advertised and spoken about over the phone.
They would not refund the product so we are stuck with stones we cannot use.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY - Note to all landscapers and personal customers.
Dishonest, untrustworthy. terrible customer service. Quality of Product is 0/10.
Shipped straight from China - stone is not uniform, uneven. Impossible to lay straight. You will spend hours trying to fix a uneven lay. We paid for the "better quality" stone, it was terrible.
They do not return your phone calls.
Go and look at the product first before paying money.
They lie - They do not include cost of delivery in their quotation even though originally through verbal communication - "does include cost of freight".
Product is not cheap! Actually works out to be more expensive/or same price than your most expensive supplier .
Time waster - expect large delays.
This business has a LARGE reputation of being terrible to MANY of our other suppliers and other customers, and businesses and competitors we have spoken to about them over the past few weeks.
They should not be in business, and should be reported to consumer affairs
