Dirty store with poor hygiene in the deli and cockroaches roaming under shelves. Not the best service either with a lot of staff talking to one another instead of serving customers.

Really Unprofessional Conduct

There is a middle-aged women on the express lane who is one of the rudest people I’ve ever encountered in a customer service-orientated role. She is very mouthy and condescending. I don’t expect to attempt to return an off item to be spoken to like a petulant child. If you don’t want to serve people at your customer service counter then block it off, don’t just pick and choose who you pay attention to.
