Dodgy

This outfit uses dummy pages such as https://canberrabathrooms.com.au/#process to get customers; I made an inquiry through the above website for a bathroom renovation, and this outfit instead answered, then charged $295 for a quote. The quote was for a bathroom renovation for a very small bathroom. They took over two weeks to get back to me with a quote. At first, the quote did not include any pricing. I asked for the pricing, they gave $40,0000 but no breakdown of what the costs would be. The quotes I have received from a couple of other companies are for less than half this price. So basically, I was charged $300 for someone to come out and take pictures of my bathroom, and then they told me a few weeks later that they didn't want to do the work. I was later told that having dummy websites and spending multiple thousands on Google advertising per month to ensure all their websites are at the top of Google results is an increasingly common tactic in the plumbing industry. They often then contract work out to less qualified people who are held liable by the main company if the work is not done properly.

Will never use them!

Worst customer service ever.Booked them to get a quote but they kept cancelling so it became a trust issue that if I was to hire them, they would let me down. So I won't use them again.

The staffs and plumbers there are all very polite, friendly,efficient, professional and helpful. They do care about their clients's problems and try very hard to solve the problems. My first contact with WVGP was on Christmas Day 2010 when our hot water service broke down. I had tried to get someone but no companies even answered the phone (understandable I suppose) - until I rang WVGP at about 8pm. They had someone out to us by 9am the next morning. We had guests from Sweden with a 9 month old baby so hot water was essential. We hadnt even been able to rinse or wash up after our Christmas Dinner.
I have never regretted hiring this company over the past 5 years - always on time, or advising if running late and always clean up afterwards.
Recently I had pipes replaced in my backyard and was always kept up to date on the progress. When I mentioned a problem with my roof gutters overflowing, they even replaced a downpipe and didnt add anything extra to the bill.
During the recent heavy storms, the gutters continued to overflow so I rang and spoke to Andrew (the Director) and after looking at the problem explained the corrugations on the roof of our carport were clogged full of debris, which was acting as a barrier to the rain water accessing the gutters and drainpipes, causing the overflow.
Andrew himself came to clear the debris (20kg of it!) free of charge and recommended a preventative maintenance plan to keep the problem from recurring.
As an excavator had damaged some bushes during the pipe works, he also provided replacement plants.
This company has great pride in its work, and great and sincere customer service - look no further for a satisfactory gasfitting and plumbing service. I hope their expansion to cover all Canberra areas is successful.

I received great customer service over the phone who were able to help
me pinpoint my issue and arrange a time for a visit around my work
schedule. The plummer arrived promptly to the scheduled time, and was
very helpful and easy to talk to. I havent had any issues with my
drains since they came and I am very happy with the overall service
provided.
