Mohamed or Mike as he calls himself, simply talks a lot! He just talks and keep saying dont worry dont worry and at the end he did a bad job.

I hired him to restore my 24 years old roof and picked him out of everyone despite his very high price just because of his high reviews on service seeking.

- asked for 50% deposit and never gave me a GST receipt! Even after the job has been completed

- painted the roof a single layer of paint even though he said that he will do double quotes as per his quotation

- saw him mixing a lot of water with the paint and said because it’s my machine can’t take that paint.

- he let me go and buy the roof tiles myself even though he was supposed to buy them

- after he finished the job, I found out that he never did pointing and he had to come back after he painted the roof to do pointing! Which was again in the initial quotation. Now my roof has lots of patches and he never painted that after what he did

- when he pressure washed the roof, he messed up the whole place and never cleaned up after himself. He also totally destroyed my fly screens with his pressure wash and never fixed up the fly screens.

- with the pressure wash he directed them to the wooden areas of the house and destroyed them, and I had to pay him extra $600 to fix them!

- last time I called him, he hung up the phone while I was talking. Very rude



I wish if I can upload photos here for everyone to see. Never again. I strongly advice you to stay away from him.
