Vulcano Pizzeria

Looks like 5 years later nothing changed. Order over 1 hour Late and missing items. Pizza cold. Management were so rude and made me feel like I was in the wrong even Though I tried contacting the restaurant initially but they would not answer (I did order through menu log). They refused to issue a refund and at the very least did not offer to refund or give me the missing items. They ended up hanging up on me and got their junior staff member to answer after ten minutes of not answering the phone. The woman was screaming in the background and refused to do anything to resolve the issue. I noticed on Google reviews that they respond to positive feed back but so many people. On plain ing about the same issue and they either don’t respond or become defensive. I might suggest they get some customer service/dispute resolution training. I used to like this restaurant but will NEVER purchase anything from them again.

1.5 hours pass, call to chase up where my food is and apparently they 'were called by me to cancel the order' which of course is false.

Since I ordered online I then had to call the eatnow website call center and get them the issue me a refund as the restaurant still had my payment for the meal even though they claim it was cancelled.

The staff were unapologetic, and flippant in stating that some random person called to cancel the order when I asked where my food was.
No effort was made to send out food now that my family had been waiting for 1.5 hours and counting, no effort was made to assist with a refund.

Nothing done by the staff to make up for my waiting 1.5 hours and counting (plus 30 minutes more on call centre calls making sure I'm refunded), no apologies, no effort made to make up for such awful service.

I'm not alone in this happening either if you look at the reviews on online ordering sites for the restaurant, this has happened to multiple people. I would not recommend them for delivery, or given the service quality for a customer I'm unable to recommend them even for people wanting to eat in.
