My friend bought a $49 phone and it was faulty. Tried to return it a week later and they wanted to send it away for 10 days for someone to look at it. They wanted my friend to commit to paying $49 if the phone was not deemed to be faulty. Needless to say we are cutting our losses and buying a phone elsewhere.
