drivers are polite and very friendly and so is reception but the whole service is never on time and unacceptable. i had a cab booked BOOKED which means i pay a fee for 6:30 to get to work ( 10 min away) by 7am

i booked the previous night noting for work and yet i was still late - tears and anxiety and getting fired.

just make sure people are on times

Shocking service

Booked a taxi transfer for 4 adults and 2 kids from the airport (included a baby capsule) and, despite my update on the arrival time of our flight by phone, got to the airport to find no taxi waiting. I was told one was "on its way" and after 30 mins and a couple more calls was told it was still 45 mins away! There was no apology. Would NOT recommend.

Have to say thankyou to Sam a new driver. He was polite and very good. He needed some guidance to where I lived. But told him to turn Siri off. Haha thanks to him I got home safely. He even waited till I got inside. Wish all your drivers were that considerate. Maralyn at Ross Street.
