Amazing customer service (thanks Georgie) and very professional and gentle handling of our little (now big) kitty. Our cat couldn't wait to go and leave the house, he jumped straight into cat box, because he knew it's time to see Dr Emil Millerson :) Thanks for being such a great, welcoming and caring team, hopefully we will move back closer soon again so we can come and visit for check ups. Figaro says hi!

I took my 5 month old kitten in to be desexed. A very common procedure, but they 'had complications' and my little girl died at the vet. She was happy yesterday morning, now she is dead, and I wish I didn't take her in to be desexed. I wasn't informed correctly about the procedure and the potential consequences. I can't believe that my healthy kitten died in their care.

Highgate Hill Vets are fantastic! Very knowledgeable about small animals and always very compassionate.
I have taken my rats in multiple times and always very good cost wise. Can't recommend enough
