First visit so keep that in min, but I found the practice staff very friendly and effiicent in making my appointment. Good approach to determine if I needed an urgent appointment and how long would be required.

They have a commitment to being on time and where. I saw Dr Gary Scheepers who was gentle, professional and kept me fully informed as he did the work.

The costs where reasonable and the gap for me (HB top dental) was 20% of the account. I also have a quote for crowns and again the gap is ~ 20% so it does not appear to be any evidence of over servicing or charging.

Quality of work so far has been very good.
