JTW Autoparts

Hopeless shop. No knowledge and very rude, say they dont stock parts for cars when they have them sitting out the back. Hopeless

Kept on hold for 10 minutes when I called. Didnt have any of the parts I needed. Two people I spoke to had very broken english and werent particularly helpful.

This place was shocking, bad business ethic and worse manners. An online quote from a site they are connected to said I was guaranteed $150 for my car as the scrap metal is good as well as parts.

This offer was valid for a week, I went in the next day 30ks away to have to wait 10 minutes for the staff to get someone to take a look at my car and without inspecting my cat he says " don wan i " (dont want it), I asked if they had too many parts and get the reply "no, don wan i " and he walked off..

Bad to go back on a deal and bad manners to not even say something like "sorry were stocked for these parts maybe try ****" Wasted my time and fuel, terrible place

Highly recommend too check at your actual car dealers parts department on priced before buying here, i called up for a quote on a 1997 Toyota Camry seat-belt USED mind you asked for $120... I went too Perth City Toyota and picked a brand new one up for $60...... Shop around, dont waste money =)

I just picked up an item (corolla part) from JTW AutoParts today.
But the part was not fit.
I asked one oftheir staffs ifthey have the right item for me, but he treated me very bad.
He has a very bad attitude by talking to me with f word.
He even threw the money to me and said "go away" to me.
What kind of attitude is that? Is that the waythey treattheir customer?
Its very verynot recommended to go to this store.
