The worst customer service and the worst receptionist i have ever dealt with

This is one of the lowest strandard of service i have ever dealt with in my life.i called to speak with the doctor who saw me few days ago and prescribed me medication. The medication hasnt worked at all and i was at the end of medicine cycle. I wanted to know if i should go on repeat(the medication was given with repeat instructions even when i feel better) or come see the doctor to see if he wanted to get some xray done or prescribe a new medicine. But when i called, the receptionist on the counter was extremely rude and said she wont pass on the message to doctor or get him to call me. I just need to make an appointment, pay the fees and then see him like a another visit.

I didnt want to waste any money because its just a question. If there is no need to come , i am sick, i ld rather stay home if he wanted me to repeat the medication. But the receptionist said that she will hang up on me as i have to come , pay the fees and see the doctor in a que. no answers ll be provided what so ever.

So money orientated customer service and these people work in health industry and are supposed to show compassion and care .

I am never going back.

And everyone should refrain from seeing people at Victoria medical group who have no sympathy for your sickness or time to answer a question unless u show up with credit card .

I'm required to give at least a one star rating. In truth I want to rate this NO STARS!!!

Made an appointment for myself and my one year old daughter. Asked for a 10am slot (first appointment of the day for Dr Jennifer Randle) as it would suit my daughter's nap times and I expected to get in without much wait. After half an hour's wait asked the receptionist how much longer it would be. She replied that there was another patient in with the doctor and that we would be next. Shortly after saw Dr Randle walk in past us...she hadn't even arrived until 10:30am!! Figured she wouldn't be much longer after that but after another 15 minutes was told again by a different receptionist that she was still with someone else and wouldn't be long. If the receptionists are upfront in saying the doctor is running late I would have gladly rescheduled for another date to suit my daughter's sleep requirements.

I'm extremely disappointed that the receptionists here feel it's appropriate to lie to their patients. I work in the health field myself and understand that appointments run late. I didn't have such a large issue with waiting (usually expected) except for the fact that the staff here aren't upfront and honest in their dealings with patients! It is a lack of respect and courtesy towards other people, which is such a basic concept. I do not understand why lying is necessary.
