garbage service

these ppl have no idea whatsoever on what customer service means honestly I ordered other articles from China same day as this 200$ express freight I paid for turns out hk post standard is quicker than toll priority air freight lol they send me a message saying they located my parcel but are waiting for the depot to return a call its near 2k worth of electronics that weighs 15kg and is 100cmx140cmx25cm im pretty sure I won't see it and every person I speak to tell me lies like they were supposed to be investigating good for 4 days now and I get another email today saying sorry can't locate ur package due to back logs pffffft I don't care don't charge so much if u can't guarantee a service so the customer service expected id be satisfied with her saying she will request an investigation then again to say they located it them to day that they are sorry they can't locate it I just want them to send it back and I want a refund on product and shipping and I'm going to the ombudsman or equivalent for this industry

Awful service

My husband went to pick up a parcel as they came twice at our place and we weren’t there. The website and the information on the card are very poor. He had to drive to Bankstown to find out the pick up place is now in Eastern Creek, where he drove to and when he got there, the lady (we didn’t get her name) was very rude to him for no reason. Disgusting and disappointing service, we will try not to use this company services ever again!

Failed to deliver outstanding logistics solutions

Two out of three genuine leather and wood office chairs arrived damaged and late (one went missing in transit) but, when I contacted Toll IPEC's customer service team, they told me to send photos and ask the sender to make a claim back in mid-December. Two months later the sender failed to make a claim and Toll avoided its duty of care by saying it is not liable for damage suffered in transit and the case was closed. I spent hundreds of dollars on freight and thought Toll would stand by its promise to deliver outstanding logistics solutions but, at the end of the day, the company failed miserably.
