As a defence force family we moved to Ipswich 4 years ago, after looking around at what was available and doing research into the internationally recognized RAD syllabus there was only one choice, Shayne McCormick Ballet Centre. So much to offer: tap, Jazz, hip hop, speech/drama even had free Spanish lessons. You can do it just-for-fun and just dance in the concerts or you can do exams as well. My now 10 year old actually loves doing ballet exams because Miss McCormick prepares them so well, that they have a real sense of confidence and achievement. My other 2 children do Hip Hop. My son loves hanging out with the boys. The older kids are excellent role models. No stress of eisteddfods. Lovely supportive community of parents. World class teaching.

Excellent dance school in the heart of Ipswich for Ballet, Jazz, Tap, and Hip Hop for all ages. Our daughter thoroughly enjoyed dancing with Shayne McCormick Ballet Centre school for many years before we had to move away. We miss this school and can recommend it to everyone!!!
