Power Mowers

From the very start there was no customer service provided, I like to give benefit of the doubt before I come to a conclusion. Unfortunately it never improved throughout the transaction, it took over a week to purchase due to their lack of communication.



Finally I was able to purchase the machine and then I patiently waited for delivery, delivery was quick but the product was not as describe. Parts of the frame was bent, multiple chips in the paint, paint flaking off in multiple spots and when engaged it was making a horrible grinding sound.



I took pictures and videos and send them to Kevin, it’s been 3 days and I have not had any response from him or anyone. The pulley that is meant to engage the reel does not disengage when the handle is let go and the blades keep spinning which is a massive fault and has the potential for serious injury.



Due to my experience with Power Mowers I will not be purchasing any more equipment from them because once you purchase it you are abandoned as a customer, do you research and make up your own mind but you have been warned.

Horrible service. Wouldn't recommend, has no idea how to deliver basic customer service. Will tell you in your review that you were rude, when in actual fact, it was him that was rude and I was nothing but patient and polite waiting for him to fix his stuff up.

Had to get my HARRY Mower serviced and tuned by these guys, all the other mower stores in Adelaide acted as its all to difficult and a burden

Been going there now for over 20 years and recommend to family and friends

Know what they are doing, have parts in stock, quick service and very fair prices
