Would highly recommend this company to anyone with a swimming pool. We have used them for many years to maintain our pool. Nick always delivers prompt professional service and is readily available on the phone with any questions we have, he certainly knows his business. The girls in the shop are fantastic, very friendly, professional and know their products.

Three weeks ago when I was in purchasing pool chemicals and accessories I had arranged to have some work done on my pool
I was told someone would ring within 2 weeks and organise a time
Today I have rung and was told they cannot do any work for 16 weeks as the person who comes out has broken his leg
If they did not want to do the work why did they not just say so when I first asked rather than let me wait for 3 weeks for nothing
The shop is near where I work and I had recently started going there because one of the ladies was so helpfull but I will not be shopping there any more
Why do I even have to give them one star

I ordered a filter cartridge and took time off work to collect it. Century had shut early, and I had to take time off work the following morning. I was polite, but frustrated, but rather than an apology I got an excuse for their closing and quibbles over the exact time they left (their till receipt versus my phone records). I was amazed, and this was criticised as 'attitude' by the owner!
