Got Trent to quote a house for me a couple of years ago. Poor communication and when questioned about why the quote was taking so long he gave me nothing but attitude so that turned me off using him. A blessing in disguise anyway as I found a better local builder. Friends of mine got Trent to build them a house and the level of quality compared to my house is very poor. Wouldn’t let him build a dog kennel after seeing that
