Terrible service and customer care

BEWARE! PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMAPNY.

My family home had a lift installed with Coastal Lifts under NDIS which is now unusable and has been for the last 93 days. My mother has Motor Neuron disease and requires this lift the be able to access home facilities, care and attend mecial appointments. This is taking a toll on her mentally and nothing has been done to rectify the issue.

This debilitating condition effects the use of my mother's legs and she simply cannot be using the stairs. At any given moment she may not have the use of her legs and will not be able to access her home.

I have personally seen the owner inspect the lift and he was unable to fix this issue. Water leaks into the lift due to poor workmanship. I have personally spoken to this organisation and they are not helpful at all. After almost 12 months of constant phone calls the lift has been breaking down consistently. Terrible service, communication and care.
