New Age Transport

We had a terrible experience with New Age Transport and its owner Adrian Simonfi and want to warn other potential customers of his very unpleasant manner and attitude if questioned.



The packing and the move were professionally carried out as arranged.



However when I questioned two items on his invoice his behaviour changed dramatically. I decided for the small amount $1,200.00 I withheld from a $24,000.00 dollar move it was not worth the angst. I then paid the invoice in full.



Adrian continued to say we were “low lives” who needed to be “taught a lesson” in extremely colourful language that would make a sailor blush. We had $33,000.00 worth of contents plus all our family photos for the last 30 years in his storage locker which he said he had “dumped at the tip” and wanted to be paid for the tip fees! Despite numerous attempts to resolve the matter by texting/calling Adrian Simonfi by my wife and myself he maintained the rage saying all our goods were taken to the tip and to “p*ss off”.



In frustration we called our lawyer to assist and by writing to Storage King explaining the situation and how our goods were either in their facility or dumped at the tip – Adrian relented and advised he would provide the key to the locker after we had paid for the addition storage costs – which we did.



The goods were all in the locker – so Adrian was “playing with us” – enjoying his role as “the tormentor.”



Adrian also has a very disconcerting habit of being shirtless most of the time. Totally unprofessional in his appearance and quite uncomfortable for his female staff and customers.
