Fantastic service, communication and handling of my concerns

I had purchased a second-hand Holden from a different car yard - after having some issues with my car and that yard, I was directed to go to Peter Page. While at Peter Page Holdens I dealt with Catherine D. Catherine was absolutely amazing, all my issues were handled professionally and I was always explained what was going on so I knew exactly what was happening. Catherine and the team made me trust Peter Page with my car, I paid good money for my car and wanted to be treated fairly and this is exactly the experience I received from this group. I will be taking my car to Peter Page in the future for all services.

Disgusting service do not take your car there

I took my zb commodore there for a few Warranty repairs. Do not take your vehicle there if you have warranty issues take it elsewhere as they will find every excuse under the sun not to do a repair. I was even told by Catherine in the service department to fix a few things with some super glue. Things that needed to be replaced because they were broken. Their service manager is a complete DH. He once had a look at a couple of warranty issues I won't go into too much detail but said this happened because a fat person sat on the seat. Not referring to me because I am not fat but huh? He classed it as general wear and tear. It was not wear and tear it was clearly a spring sticking out of the side of the seat not poking through. I took it elsewhere they looked and said straight away that's a warranty repair. I had to fight for everything I wanted fixed. I had a turbo problem I told them it dies when I take off. They tried to tell me no it's not a turbo problem. In the end when I asked for them to check the error codes it was a turbo problem just like I said it was. It was an easy fix apparently. I recently had my car die when I put the foot down so I took it back there. I said I am still having trouble with it. They checked it over and tried to charge me. I said "No this should still be the warranty issue as it's the same problem" I asked to speak to the manager and he told me I am not welcome back there and never to take my car there again. How disgusting is this.

excellent service

I bought this car from Peter Page Holden after a not so great experience with another car yard. Peter page Holden renewed my faith. These guys are genuine. They bent over backwards to accommodate me, they put my mind at ease every step of the way. The car itself is perfect and their aftercare is also fantastic. I’m one happy camper, especially after they had a tow bar installed so i could tow my camper. 100% would recommend and buy again.

My partner bought a used vehicle that has had nothing but problems, metal chunks in the trans, discoloured side skirt, steering pulls hard over bumps, handbrake locked on and worn trans that was certified used holden and price 26 thousand. Anyone who works with cars everyday couldve noticed some of those problems. A dealer team member gave a reason that they get those at a mass auction and cant know the condition of the car if was impacted or thrashed but dont they inspect at the dealer and certify if all checks pass

Would only allow me to test drive one car if I wanted to drive two I had sign a waiver form to commit to buy. The car I bought had the handbrake shoe constantly engaged the side skirt glows a different colour at night and the car at low speeds over bumps turns and pulls the steering. Brakes warped and auto transmission problems, all of this I shouldve picked up on yes but im no car expert no one showed me what to look for and after i purchased it i didn't drive it much as I still had another car and we are all busy I work 50-60 hours I dont have time to waste this is why I believe in CERTIFIED HOLDEN AND THE BRAND HOLDEN but if they can label my car certified then the tolerance gap from what is or isnt must be that of gaping barge canyon star systems proportions. Salesperson two wasnt much better pressuring me to purchase 3 packs of insurance schemes I guess he knew the cars in the lot are duds and the fat commission as well of course, he almost fell out his chair when I asked him to remove them. I had to ask him to reprint the contract 3 times he wouldn't tell me how much the finance rate was or the cost of the additional insurance which was 11.99 and nearly 10thousand extra. Next time im going with the trend and buying a new small car and keeping the 15grand in savings. Peter page holdens ruined the holden brand for me.
