My experience using Lorraine Jones' services has been nothing but good. They are everything that local solicitors should be; efficient, friendly and reasonably priced.

Maybe if you needed very specialized or complex advice, they may not be the best choice, but for your general estate and conveyance work etc. they are highly recommended.

Telephoned and asked for some advice on objecting to a Planning Application and the lady on reception, who clearly could not have cared a fig about our predicament, said "Just contact the Council." Really....??? You think we haven't? "We have already done that" I replied - to which I am told "Well, it is a Council matter, and we don't get involved in things like that." Of course people go to Solicitors for advice on Planning Application objections, woman! That's how you stand more chance of objecting successfully! When I told her that, she was astounded! Grrrrrrrrrr.........!!
