I have been using EBTB for 6 years and have always been able to rely on their timelines and quality of work. Both Paul and Ryan are very friendly and helpful across all facets of Electrical work.

We booked Electricians By the Bay based on a recommendation from a friend. They didn't let us down. We had a few, very different and varied jobs. Paul was friendly, down to earth, explained things really well. More importantly, the work was absolutely first class and completed with efficiency and tidiness. Very reasonable pricing, really great communication and work. Couldn't recommend too highly. 5 stars.

Found Electricians by the Bay on Truelocal. Sent a message to Paul on Saturday, he replied on Sunday, visited on Tuesday and the job was completed the next Monday. We had a list of jobs to do and parts to be ordered, they were effectively and efficiently addressed. Ryan discovered a switch problem was more serious and was determined to solve it, which he did. True professionals, courteous and caring and very cost effective. We will be always be using them when needed and recommending them.

Paul has done all the electricals at home for many years and his work is always excellent and he's alwYs reliable.

Paul & Ryan did a fantastic job updating our kitchen dining lighting to the latest LED downlights. They also updated an early 80's intercom system to the modern equivalent. Paul chose the lights, planned the layout and replaced the lights and wiring flawlessly. Paul communicated well and is a pleasure to have around. His expertise and attention to detail put him a cut above the rest. I strongly recommend Paul.

Very efficient and very effective service. Called in the morning and they made the time to come late afternoon to suit my work hours. Not only fixed the original problem but were able to complete additional work - very easy and highly recommendable.
