Reptiles Up Close

I booked Reptiles Up So Close for my daughter’s fourth birthday party. Four days before the event, Brett confirmed he’d be there and asked me to save him a parking spot. Then that evening, he abruptly sent a message saying he couldn’t come — no apology, no explanation, just complete disregard. He then ignored my calls and texts completely. I was left begging on voicemail and SMS, desperate to find out what happened. It’s shocking that someone working in children’s entertainment could be so unprofessional, careless, and lacking in basic empathy. Even if he had the decency to call and admit he messed up the bookings, it would have been better than ghosting me. This caused so much unnecessary stress and heartbreak. Brett has zero courtesy or respect for his customers — I would never recommend Reptiles Up Close to anyone.
