Accepted quote from Century21 Dandenong agency in March21 for new water tank pump install with cover and got told job done in 1April21. Paid to this contractor on 27/4/21 through agency and late 8/7/21 came to inspect the job and found the job weren't done. Photo's given not the same unit as old unit was still there. I then demanded for refund and later offered to come back install the new unit. I'm still waiting for the cover to install but not get anywhere.

Requested for warranty document and compliance certificate but still not received it.

Very poor customer service.

Please consider to use this contractor as very stressful to deal with.

BEWARE. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL

They came and looked at the plumbing job that needed to be done. Sent me a written quote for which l accepted. Organised a day to have it done. Two men turned up took awhile looking at my property and then told me that it would be double the quoted price . I am talking more than a two thousand dollars extra. Left me shocked and distressed. As l questioned they decided not to do the job and left. They said they can refuse to do the job at the last minute.Disgusting behaviour from a business that has been around for a while .

they were at my house in 1/2 an hour to fix my leaking dishwasher

they were quick responded fast and on a saturday were rather cheap , I am a pensioner and I would recommend them to anyone
