Terrible service, rude, unprofessional, job wasn’t done well. Please steer clear

Grouted 2 bathrooms. Scratched several tiles in 1 bathroom and grout came out on one section in other bathroom. Contacted Asif to which commitment was made to come out and rectify the issue. Never showed up twice and after constant follow up finally came out and fixed the grout however 2 days later it started to come out. Contacted him once again to which he replied he would come back out but never did. Again I had to constantly follow up with him and now he is saying that my tiles are moving hence why the grout is cracking but grout isn’t cracking it is coming out. He offered to hire someone to come and fix it but never did and I have asked for my money back so I can get someone else out to fix it but he ignores me. Unprofessional, careless, bad communication and bad quality. Would not recommend!
