these people towards the end of my tenancy obviously were seeking to get a higher return on their investment even though from what I was told they were getting not far off 100% annual return on my rent nonetheless I guess they wanted more still they went through a prolonged development application procedure and then gave me termination when the development got approved; They treated me poorly during such greatly exceeding allowable visits and towards the end there just ordering me to receive more people in to do various things not for me but towards their project after me gone Im very ill probaly far more ill then they could realize however they could see I was declining rapidly and I told them such yet such got no mercy offered and in this ever weakening physical and mental state I lost the ability to give my dog the high level of care he needed to survive and he died this didnt stop them taking half of my bond for some nice items left behind in my grief stricken state and a few others damaged by faults in the property not much in total but mI think they added their very own rubbish possibly even some from a property three doors up to mine and yet Im billed for that in total The place never had hot water nor was I for most of time there able to use a toilet the door was so poor anyone could get in in the same time it takes to use a key so I was always freightened to go anywhere
