Crowhurst Motors

I put my car in for a service with Crowhurst and was looking to get a belt changed, service and new battery. Was quoted $600-$800 for all of this and a one day turn around. Called them at 4:30 PM the same day and they stated they had not even started working on my car. Next day they called saying it would be $2000 and they had disassembled my car and were fixing other things (without my permission). This process would take an additional three days - which was a major inconvenience.



Once I got my car back they had fixed multiple items I never asked to be touched. After paying the full bill and turning on my car the belt which I had originally gone in for wasn't even fixed. Through a conversation with the mechanic they admitted they had "forgotten to fix it". Even though his college stated that my belt was cracked...



They offered to replace it and promised me a car to borrow to get to work. When the time came to borrow the car it magically didn't exist anymore. My car was in the shop for over a week and it cost me $100's in travel fees. Genuinely the worst customer service - the owner is awfully rude and has no ear to listen to the customers needs. As well as lying through their teeth and adding on multiple extras like $70 worth of wiper blades and other things that were never spoken about or requested.
