Great service kind people, fix my computer in half hour

1. Don't expect good old friendly and responsive customer service from the owner - The rudest, most unfriendly business owner I have ever encounter.



2. He'll give you a round about response to a simple question such as batteries MAH, then he said he will check on the product information to another question (before installation) but he never did, he simply proceed to install without giving the information asked. When a person won't give a direct answer to a simple question such as batteries MAH and install a product without first telling you the specifics when you asked for it - shows they can't be trusted.



3. Once he has your money don't expect any after service care i.e. answer to questions - Not surprising! If he wasn't friendly or responsive before he took the money don't expect any service after you handed him the money.

Absolutely unscrupulous and dishonest! They offered me a discounted price to win my business and then when it came time to pay they reneged on their word and asked for the full price. When I asked why, they completely lied through their teeth about the whole thing and refused to make good on their promise. They also tried to charge me for checking a second laptop I brought in because I decided not to proceed with it as the repair cost was too high. Unbelievable!

Most of the positive feedback they receive are probably from their friends and acquaintants. Stay FAR away unless you enjoy being taken for a ride!
