Extremely poor quality work and even worse customer service. Save yourself a lot of time, headaches and money and go elsewhere, there are many more reputable fabricators and powder coaters around.

They refuse to repair a gate that has advanced rust at all welds and the coating on the middle rail is extremely faded. It hasn't been prepped properly and there are welds missing and other welds that are poorly executed which is the cause of the severe rusting, you would think the gate is 20 years old and located near the ocean.

I was told to bring the gate in for repair and to put up a temporary panel (which wasn't even safe for my dog or kids) but I complied as I had no other choice in the hope this would be resolved quickly. I then get notified that the gate can be repaired at my cost even after indirectly admitting on the phone that it was most likely the fault of a previous worker that doesn't work there anymore.

After notifying the owner that I will take it further I get told "you think you have leverage over me? it's only one gate, I don't need to deal with this I should just throw your gate in the bin!" and hung up on me. After doing a quick check online I find that he is no stranger to VCAT and has also had a story published in the Whittlesea Leader regarding a similar incident where he refused to pay for or rectify an 86 year old pensioners fence that was falling apart due to poor quality workmanship.

Avoid at all costs! Save your money and get a quality job done elsewhere!
