Lalor Towing Service

I have unfortunately had to use these guys a number of times because my car keeps breaking down but lucky for me, Lalor towing and Con have always made it easy. Con and his team members are friendly and very helpful. From one destination to the next, they have always delivered. Hopefully, i dont need to use them again but if i do, Con will be the first guy i call. Thank you!

Police organized my car to be towed here. They do not deserve anyone's money. I called to ask for my odometer reading as my insurance requested it, The man said he'll text me in 30 mins. I called twice with still nothing. Called this morning to have the reception tell me they don't have to do nothing for me and for me to come and get the reading myself. Think she needs another coffee or she should just retire. Disgusting customer service and would not recommend to anyone

Thank you so much to Con and the team at Lalor Towing. I was in a not at fault accident and they not only towed and stored my van but also organised the car hire and Lawyers to deal with the rip off insurance company. I received a decent pay out and didn’t need to pay a cent out of pocket.As my dad used to say “you can’t judge a book by its cover”

Like the many reviews,they scare you off about taking the car anywhere else but to their storage. Convince you they'll take care of you. They organised an over the top car replacement since covered by at fault party. When their insurance made them return the car, they left it in the driveway, handed the keys and did not stop. The rear view mirror was broken and a rear seat belt was taken out, such petty theft was just something a low life would do.

I've never felt like I have ever had to deal with truely unreasonable and horrible people until this experience. If they have towed your car, DO NOT let them take it to their car yard, they will essentially keep your car hostage and keep racking up storage fees. Oh and thats before ive even made mention of their terrible people skills and general unwillingness to show even an inkling of politeness. Please heed my warning, do not let them tow your car, do not sign anything they give you, and if they attempt to involve lawyers; even if they say its for your sake to "get you your money" (they really push that line even though its just him attempting to funnel his victims over to a related business to be further exploited) do NOT do it. save yourself from this experience

It is a terrible business with undisclosed and unreasonable charges and an owner with a horrid racist attitude toward customers. Should not be in business and be aware of Anonymous fake positive reviews. There is a reason why they have removed their business from Google, the reviews say it all. I even got charged for 13 days of storage instead of 12 but had to pay to avoid further bloated storage costs. It's basically blackmail.

The owner is dishonest and greedy. Con the owner does not let you know all the charges involved, convinces you that he can help you when its a no fault accident but doesn't tell you that in order for him to get all the things he promises he employs a law firm Norton Lawyers which you have to pay for and that happens to be his wife. When I discovered this I immediately demanded I wanted nothing to do with the lawyers because everything I was paying for was already arranged. Then he turned rabid and refused to let me get my car and refused to accept phone calls or respond to emails from Insurance companies and brokers till I paid him for towing and storage. If your car has been towed here, get it out as soon as possible. I question that he should be allowed to operate a towing service at all..

Really great service! Came to the scene of the accident within 30 minutes (in traffic) notified an hire car company straight away and the manager Shannon really helped me out with pointers. Would recommend 👍

My car died on the Western Ring Road on the way to work at approximately 7pm. I called Lalor Towing and Kon advised that he was backed up for about 90 minutes and desperately urged me not to wait in the car for that time, to please organise someone to pick me up ASAP to avoid danger (I'm sure he's seen his fair share of horrors), which I did! He then risked his life getting my dead car off the freeway at 8.30 at night! Returned it to my house swiftly and professionally. Since then I've had to request 2 more tows for the dead car to and from the mechanic, dealing with Kon, Shannon and Shaun, each a delight! Couldn't be more accommodating, honestly. Thanks very much!! I'll certainly be calling in the future but hopefully not too soon!! 😅

Con helped me out to the best of his ability. Wouldnt have my car towed anywhere else if needed. Thank you for your understanding and compassion today it is greatly appreciated to know that people do care and understand
