This place is disgusting. The animals, particularly the pups, lack energy and are constantly cooped up struggling with the tenperature.
The bird cages look horrific, as if they're never cleaned.
They keep a talking cockatoo here, which wouldn't be an issue, save the fact that it continuously looks distressed and I've caught it numerous times repeatedly pulling at its wings with its claws, pulling feathers out.
Not to mention the woman, who I would HATE to assume is the manager, is the rudest person I've ever encountered in retail. Stands behind the counter, yelling at the birds to be quiet, showing 0 interest in customers or queries or the welfare of the pets. She is outwardly rude.
This is a prime example of why pet shops should be closed.
DON'T shop here and support them.

i came in to get an axolotl, granted i knew nothing much about them either, however the lady had no advice about how to care for one, and when i asked about food she said "frozen food." she also neglected to tell me about cycling a tank and recommended that my axolotl would be fine if i put him straight into a new tank. after doing research i found that this was a massive problem and have been struggling since with all the water parameters. my axolotl was extremely underfed, after seeing how healthy and happy he is now. She was rude and abrupt and frankly could not care less for the wellbeing of this beautiful creature. her customer service was disgusting. severely disappointed in the lack of empathy and willingfulness to learn about the animals they stock and basic care instructions about those animals. i refuse to ever associate with this place and want to warn others that there are other pet stores out there that do a great job and care about their animals and customers such as petstock. please think twice before going here.

One star is too many. This store and its staff need to review the consumer rights laws. The law is the law, regardless of wether your manager is there or not, I am entitled to a refund or replacement. I was only looking for an exchange, but now the store's total lack of professionalism will cost them much more than a refund ever would have. AVOID THIS STORE AT ALL COSTS.

Bought a rabbit from this place and took it home to notice it was extremely skinny and could feel all of it's bones. I have been told by others that this place treats animals poorly but i now see how horribly they treat animals. You can not have people who are inexperienced with animals, handling them. Three days after buying the rabbit it died from malnutrition even after it has been fed pellets, celery, hay and grass. I will not let any one i know buy a pet from this place.

I thought it was a neat little pet store at first and i was excited to buy a pet, i waited for my turn to ask the service lady regarding some information, her answers didn't really address my questions so i walked around again hopping the 2nd lady would come and help me... she didn't, so i decided to eat and come back, this time i came to the register and said i wanted to buy one, her reply was " yep yep" and i walked back to the cage hoping to pick one out with her, she didn't follow me, again i waited for another 10mins hoping she just got caught up with something, nope... Very terrible customer service and i found it weird to see rabbits in the same cage as birds being pooped on from above... Wont ever be back at this store again.

Customer Service disgusting...0/10. I tried asking a question and they brushed me off and walked away. They didn't even let me finish my sentence. Will not be returning again.
