Put my device in for a screen replacement.

What I got back was;
* The camera was not working
* The screen wasn't stuck down properly and there was a gap between the screen and the device.
* Home button was sticky and didn't push in properly
* Screen had a loud tapping sound when used.

When I told them about the above, the lady (who was initially nice) said that the camera not working was 'probably like that prior to me bringing it in for a screen replacement'.

They then fixed the above (after me saying I'd have to report to the ACCC). Problem is the screen has lifted again and alas, I need it repaired. Again.

I though I might just post a quick note of thanks to the Gadget Guys.. you guys were awesome, you are very friendly and provide a good service.

My apple iphone was repaired within the time that you told me it was going to be fixed and hopefully my iphone doesn't break anymore, but if it does I know exactly where I'll be going the next time!

I found the service provided to be really professional, very quick and knowledgeable. From now on you are my go ipad, iphone or any other gadget repairer whenever I have a problem.
