Had a fan bought and installed by these contractors. Unfortunately from installation the fan was noisy. When they returned on my request they couldn't fix it so suggested I call the manufacturer. It seemed too hard at the time due to a personal trauma so I left it until I recovered. By the time I called the manufacturer the fan was out of warranty however they said they would never have covered a problem with installation anyway. They sent someone to have a look and they identified it as an installation issue. Suggested I follow this through with the installers. I've had no response so I now have to find another electrical contractor to fix initial installation issues. I should have followed the issue through in the beginning I acknowledge that. But just remember, the installation was not right, and they came back they did not get it right. Just be careful. Customer Service is questionable.
