Beware purchasing a used car from this dealer. We were told the 90000km service would be completed prior to car pick up as part of the negotiated price. We had a conversation via phone asking when service would be complete so car could be picked up. When we got there the salesman waited until he had the cheque in his hand before telling us they didn't get time to do the service but that if we bought the car back when it reached 90,000 they would honour the agreement provide a courtesy car and complete the service. Now they are saying that conversation never took place and refusing to service the car as agreed. So beware- get everything in writing and even if they have the cheque in hand refuse to leave or take the car until the paperwork is updated! We have had to learn this the hard way. We will never purchase from this business again and will be advising our family and friends to do the same.
