They not only lost 2 of my Sheridan pillow cases and with the shrug of the shoulders and a look of a deer in the headlights look, nothing. No replacement no apologies just a don't know!!!! Many times I have brought to there attention with photos of dirt marks and grubby marks on items supposedly cleaned and these items are only identified weeks/months later. The items I'm talking about are Sheridan bed linen, sheets, Donna covers, pillow cases. This time as I changed my bed and opened my clean sheets I found blood on 2 of the 4 corners of my fitted sheet. Its a poor reflection of quality control for a business to allow a finished item to be handed back to the consumer like this. I will not be going back to BrownGouge DryCleaning business on Mt Alexandra Rd Essendon again as they are the worst drycleaning service I've ever engaged.

I work in the film industry as a wardrobe mistress and took an expensive Max Mara dress there to be cleaned in February of 2016. Fortunately, I took the time to unwrap and inspect the dress before paying, as I discovered that each area marked for treatment was shiny and dis-coloured. Although they successfully treated the dress the second time when I went to pick-up again I found that the fabric was pulled and a shoddy repair was turned to the inside of the dress!
I am upset that on each occasion, their default position was that the problem was pre-existing which it most definitely was not! I am still in dispute with them eight months later.
I have made a formal complaint to Consumer Affairs and the ACCC and will be going to see the Manager Stephanie next week to try to resolve the issue...once again!

I have never been so insulted . I have an issue and nobody that works there can tell me the managers name and unfortunately they cannot understand english very well.
I have left message after message and get no return phone call.
becareful cause if anything goes wrong you will not get any satisfaction . Funny how a company like this can operate with out a manager.
