I previously sent a review. Why has it NOT been published ??!!

Late last year Dean Gibbs provided a reasonable quote which I accepted.

During the course of his work he repeatedly asked for more cash every couple of weeks. I immediately terminated his services & asked for a refund of monies due for work that was not completed, & in the beginning he agreed to reimburse me. Now he has not responded to my emails & phone calls to avoid payment.



He refused to remove the rubble & bricks left behind. The toilet cistern which he had installed has now broken down after less than a year . The 3 power points which were installed by his friend, presumably a qualified electrician, did not work after only a couple of months.

When he first sent me his quote late last year it was by email, with no company logo or ABN, etc.

I have my doubts he & his electrician friend are qualified & legal tradesmen.

Gibbs Plumbing responded promptly after our purchase of a new fridge from the boxing day sales. Dean installed the plumbing and did so with ease and neatly. His rates are extremely reasonable which is refreshing. We will most certainly use Dean for any other plumbing issues we have.

I contacted Gibbs Plumbing after a major plumbing emergency. Gibbs plumbing was reliable and trustworthy, extremely pleasant to deal with and professional. I was so pleased with the price! I will definately use them again. Good Quality work at a good price. Izabella
