Its very diffiuclt to find a place which does facial threading well but ever since we found this place we go no where else! I highly recommend it if you need your eyebrows done come here x

Like a few others, I purchased a Groupon voucher to get a cut, foils and treatment. When calling to book my appointment I spoke with Safa who could only book me in before 5pm Mon-Fri and had no Saturday appointments available (apparently for 4 months). She also then went on to say that I should just leave work early or skip a day to fit into her schedule. I got so frustrated with her, as she would not offer any other solutions whilst being extremely rude, that I just gave her my number to put on the cancellations list - then booked myself in to another hairdresser. An appalling business. Such a waste of money.

I went to Milanos with a voucher and left unhappy. She failed to cover a small grey patch of my hair and charged an extra $20 for bra strap length hair when my hair is just past my shoulders and told me this at the end of the appointment. Like another review she argued with me. Very rude.

Milano hair are the rudest business I have ever known. They advertised on Groupon to get customers but they can't even provide good customer service on the phone! I've complained about this company to Groupon and will never step foot in there! I recommend this company to get a refresher course on what "Customer Service" is, cause they absolutely don't know or maybe they don't care!

Waste of time and money. I could have done what she did. I took my daughter there to get her hair cut. She didn't wet her hair, which has a slight wave to it, so its not cut evenly. Her hair is all one length, or well it was. All she did was brush it all to the back and cut it off level. So now the back in the centre is longer than the sides. Most other places then brush down each side and level the hair. Then she used a blow dryer that was producing so much dust my daughter was coughing.
I will definitely not go back, I will warn my friends not to go and urge anyone reading this to just keep walking.

I regularly have my hair done at Milano Hair & Beauty and have always been extremely satisfied with the colour, cut and styling.

It is so hard to find someone who is capable of giving you beautiful eyebrows but this is the place. The owner is so good that all my friends go there before their wedding to have the perfect eyebrows. I recommend this place a hundred times over... amazing! !!!

worst experience of my life. I had a voucher which was for a cut, colour/half head of foils, head massage, treatment and GHD curl or straighten... I booked in my appointment in 6-8 weeks prior to the appointment date with a lady who really struggled with her English, I travelled one hour for my appointment, when I arrived, there was no appointment recorded, then she flicked through the book and she'd written the appointment down for the day before...my appointment was booked for yesterday and she was adamant that it was my fault and I had missed my appointment and that she knew her salon and that I mustn't have listened....I remained composed about it all as much as I could. She told me no way would I be able to have booked in to use the voucher on a Saturday and I explained that I wasnt aware of that and that she should have told me- hence me booking in 6-8 weeks prior to ensure I would get and appointment...they agreed to do it after I explained how far i'd travelled etc, when my hair was taken out she said 'oh your hair is so long (about 15 cm past my shoulders...) and I agreed that it was past my shoulders and was happy to pay a $20 surcharge as mentioned in the conditions on the voucher, however she decided that my hair was exceptionally long and that it was be a lot more than $20, I explained to her that her T&Cs on the voucher said it would be a $20 surcharge for hair past shoulders, she argued with me about it in a very unprofessional way in front of other customers and yelling at her staff member who was dealing with me in her own language. In the end I said ok I will pay the $40 I just wanted to get it done as I had a party to attend a few hours later. ******I will continue in another review...out of space here!****************.
