Furthermore in support of Ian H, we too were met with verbal hostility from the manager when I asked for a refund as we were not prepared to stay with the aforementioned conditions. We were only given approx 90% of our money back. I reminded the manager of my rights as a consumer and he said see you in court. His reasons were that as we had been onsite for just on 4hrs he was keeping some of our money.

Between the other disrespectful campers allowing children to run amok well after 1030pm & the manager failing to stop it to the loud music from the pub across the creek DO NOT STOP HERE IF YOU ARE SEKING REST. The Hume highway rates better.

The Euroa Caravan Park is a lovely park in a nice setting on the Sevens Creek,we enjoyed the surrounding.But the manager who was out shopping on our arrival we waited over 10 mins on his appearance no apology , did not even introduce himself .Very unprofessional and not very business like we walked passed him later next morning never even said good morning ...He has No people skills at all and we have travelled to 4 states an NT and been to over70 different parks and he would be the most ignorant manager we have struck in our travels...the lady there was very friendly and maybe he should move out of greeting people and let the lady do that ....
