Very immoral and inefficient

Entered our property illegally to inspect without giving us notice or warning. Claimed bond for repairs, when the full scope of work was quoted at under $700 she refused and pushed for the full $2000. All maintenance and repairs are done by the agent and her husband who then keep your bond.
