This is the most magnificent butcher I have EVER encountered in my life! He and his team work tirelessly to provide a top quality product using local meat, he even makes his own smallgoods from scratch!
Nothing is ever too much trouble and he is always happy to meet people's dietary requirements eg LCHF or nitrate free products.
Once you go to Nigel you'll never go to any other butcher

I gave my recipe to this butcher for my sausages, the first time he made them it was not right and after upgrading recipe it was right when I came back to ask for the finished recipe for a friend who lives interstate and he said it was his recipe and would not give it to me.
