Superscan

did a scan in the morning at 8am, and be told the scan film would be ready by 11:30am. 12:00pm arrived to pick the film, saying it is still in progress, ask me to come back in one hour. Back in 1pm, said it is not done, come tomorrow. What kind of service it is???? If it is not going to do it, why tell the patient to come back at a specific time to pick the film. Waste my time to wait! And already scheduled follow up doctor appointment based on the expectation I could get the film today, now need to rescheule everything... Totally unacceptable!

The services are good , an doctor, radiologists, nurses, and every one have a good manner to treat people. Two problems, one, is only one line of telephone and is busy extremely. Secondly people have to approach the super scans facilities, to make an appointment. Also needs more parking.
