Since writing my review on ARC Unanderra I have emailed ARC National office outling my experience with over charging. They couldn't be bothered responding. I can only assume that they endorse over charging.
I urge anyone dealing with this company to be very wary as I doubt that they can be trusted to be fair.

This review relates to ARC Unaderra only, the following experience was with this office and is not intended to reflect on any other office/branch of ARC.

I rang the above office explaing that I was inexperienced and needed help determining product quatities. They were helpful in this regard and gave me a price which foolishly I accepted. After taking delivery and speaking with friends I suspected that I had been overcharged. I then obtained quotes for the 6mx2.4m SL72 mesh. AUSREO quoted $59.60 per sheet and the Lidcombe branch of ARC quoted me $58+gst. I was charged $227.70 per sheet by ARC Unaderra. I had purchased 5 sheets.

I initially suspected that this was an error but upon speaking with the manager I was told that I had accepted the price and my only option was to return the goods for which I would be charged $250 transport plus a 15% restocking fee.
