I suffered a chronic and severe nerve issue in my neck which rendered my left arm and shoulder largely useless and left me in considerable pain. Colin sent me for X-Rays and declared that he would "have a go", although he saw it as quite serious and possibly requiring surgery, which of course I was desperate to avoid.
