The Direct team handled our needs marvellously from start to finish. Totally trouble free. They responded to our quote response promptly and called in to check what was involved. It was a particularly difficult move into the new house which was a pole home with over 50 steps up to the house. Getting to the top floor raised challenges that they were more than up to even with the large fridge. We highly recommend them.

I have had the pleasure to use Direct Furniture Removals 3 times in the past 2 years. First, we moved all our furnitures from a unit to a duplex, then duplex to a townhouse, and most recently this week (November 2016) from the townhouse to our double storey home.

Each time, Steve and his team have been excellent in handling all of our stuff. Nothing too difficult and always flexible with our requests. The service is top notch, alway friendly and courteous.

Drop sheets, blankets and wraps for the more sensitive items such as flat screen TVs and mattresses are always provided, the trucks are always clean and organised. None of our furniture are ever damaged in transit. That says a lot about the care and attention Steve and his team pays to their craft, to ensure I am happy, returning customer.

Furthermore, they were able to provide my quotes fixed price so no nasty surprises and is reasonable for the great service they provide. Although I don't plan to move again anytime soon, I wholeheartedly recommend DFR to my family and friends who require help with moving their home or office in the future. Well done Steve, I hope you and boys enjoyed the premium Asahi beers as a show of appreciation for your hard work yesterday. 5 Gold Stars each and every time.
