Had framptons lay carpet tile in a school at officer service was ok but the layer did a fantastic job highly recommend for

DISGUSTING SERVICE - DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY*******Timber Floor installed in brand new house by Framptons- installer did not tape off skirting boards and there is now dark wood stain halfway up the brand new skirting boards in all rooms. Was told by the installer that he would charge me an hourly rate to come back and fix HIS mistake. Spoke to the 'owner' of the company who stated that if I got a quote to get it fixed then he would pay for it. Got the quote and the owner refused to pay the money. Offered me a quarter of the amount needed to fix his installers terrible job. Now he just wont get back to me about any of it, ignores calls and emails. Disgusting business practice. Would not recommend.

We got carpet from framptons 6years ago from day one there were problems.in brief a join that was so badly done in a room that was so small that shouldnt have been joined.continual rolls in every room.numerous visits to rectify by framptons layers, management,and the carpet manufacturer supplying to framptons. The end result being framptons blaming the manufacturer and the manufacturer blaming framptons installation. Our independent assessor said carpet irreparable and both framptons and manufacturer to blame.end result we got new carpet from another company and more then happy.
