Honda Ferntree Gully

We purchased our latest honda from Ferntree Gully Honda.

I love the price they gave us but if they had not been a few hundred better than any other quote we had we would not have dealt with them at all.
This is what we go
1. Ingored when we arrived to look at options, even when we were in the show room clearly looking for someone (the looked at us and kept moving). We were about to leave when finally somone come over to help
2. Booked a test drive once the model we wanted came in. When we arrived it was not ready and we had to wait 1/2 an hour whilst someone could move it out
3. Got a good price, but they entered the wrong address in their system and did not include the road side assist they quoted me - I had to chase this up.

Three stars for the price, but if anybody had been better I would never return. A real disapointment given the sales service other branches have.
