There is a participant under your Warragul branch who needs some monitoring and serious mentoring in acceptable behaviour (male, wears a red hat, appears middle-aged). He has repeatedly engaged in inappropriate behaviour towards children by taking photos and videos without consent. I have personally witnessed this as it’s happened to my child on several occasions and has been exceedingly obvious. I would suggest staff should not assume innocence just because somebody is disabled. This behaviour is not okay from anyone.
