Please be cautious if you are considering purchasing any products from Robot My Life. Based on my experience, this company supplies poor-quality products and provides very poor after-sales support.
I purchased a PoolBot B300 Cordless Pool Cleaner on 9 Feb 2025. During its first use, the rubber seal on the filter box came off, and the cleaner repeatedly lifted itself off the pool bottom while moving forward. I contacted Robot My Life, and after more than a month, they arranged a replacement, which arrived on 9 Apr 2025.
Unfortunately, the replacement unit was no better. After only a few months, it stopped charging and would not power on. Although they arranged for the unit to be returned for repair on 13 Aug 2025, I have still not received the repaired unit as of today 6 Jan 2026.
What makes this situation worse is the lack of customer support. Their technical support phone line is no longer manned now, and all support requests are forced through email. Despite sending repeated follow-up emails, their technical support has failed to respond. My only option now is to seek assistance from NSW Fair Trading to have the cleaner repaired and returned to me.
This has been an extremely frustrating and disappointing experience. The product quality is unacceptable, and the after-sales support is effectively non-existent. I strongly advise others to avoid Robot My Life and look elsewhere.

BUYER BEWARE! I purchased the Poolbot B150 from Robot My Life in November 2024. It wasn't cheap! and it only lasted 8 months before it didn't turn on. In early August 2025, after numerous phone calls(it should be noted that you CAN NO LONGER actually speak to anyone on the phone) and multiple emails it was decided that the unit was faulty & it needed to be returned for repair. I sent the unit back as per their instructions 28 August & heard nothing until after I had chased it up with 5 emails and 3 calls to find out where my poolbot was. A reply was finally sent back to me 6 October explaining that because they only have 1 technician & there are multiple faulty units being returned, my unit is in a queue and that they needed more time. The agreed upon timeframe was originally 5-6 weeks to repair my unit. At the six week mark I received another email to advise they need more time and today I have received the same email requesting more time.
I have requested a full refund but it has been refused because it is passed the 30 day money back guarantee, despite them not being able to give me an accurate timetable for the repair.
If they were a decent company with any ethical values they would honour the refund request due to their poor product, poor service & stress caused by this ordeal.
I am not alone as there are many that are having this issue with Robot My Life. No wonder their comments are disabled on their social media posts. 40+ emails to date, I have been without an operating unit for over 3months.
Robot My Life are selling loads of inferior units and are not set up to support the demand for repairs.
DO NOT BUY FROM ROBOY MY LIFE.

I bought an Ultenic T10 Pro and a pool cleaner from My Robot Life. While the pool cleaner is still working fine (for now), the experience with the vacuum has been really disappointing.
After only a short time, the vacuum stopped connecting to the app. I followed every troubleshooting step, split my Wi-Fi to ensure it was using the 2.4 GHz network, and reached out for help several times. The responses were polite but ultimately unhelpful, and there was no offer of a replacement or refund even though the product was still under warranty.
This morning the vacuum stopped working altogether, so it has ended up in the bin. I am giving two stars only because the pool cleaner still works — but if that changes, so will my review.

Very understanding management who compensated for unseen circumstances. Thank you to customer service Paulo B who took time in retaining me as a valued customer. Keep up the good work guys!

I bought a $1200 robot vacuum Legee D8 and LuLu cleaning tower bundle. Just 5 months in, the robot failed with a motherboard issue, confirmed by their technician. After much back and forth, they finally agreed to repair it and sent a returns label, but then lost the unit entirely. When I followed up, I was given a false tracking number for a robot that was sent to Brisbane, whereas I am in Perth, this was clearly intended to delay me while they located the unit.
With months of delays and no resolution, I exercised my right under Australian Consumer Law to request a refund, which I clearly communicated multiple times. Despite this, they sent an unsolicited replacement robot, that I had not agreed to have, again a tactic to see if I would give up fighting for my refund to keep the replacement. The company also kept telling me that I could not be refunded as I had the unit for over 30 days and did not qualify for a refund, legally this is wrong as the product had a major fault with the motherboard, which was confirmed in an email from the company from their technician, hence I continued to fight for a refund and was advised by the ACCC not to open the new replacement box and send straight back.
Later, the original robot mysteriously reappeared at their head office in May, after it had somehow been returned to me and sent back again. They eventually agreed to issue a refund, but demanded I pay return postage for both the unwanted replacement and the cleaning tower (which was sold as part of the bundle). Obviously I refused as again legally this cost falls on the company as the product has a major defect.
They claimed the refund had been processed, but it took over a week and a half to arrive in my account then was reversed from my account less than 24 hours later. The refund was only reinstated after my conciliation officer at the ACCC escalated the matter and I prepared to file a complaint with the courts.
If this company has taken your money or left you with faulty goods, don’t stay silent. Contact the ACCC or Consumer Protection, and push back. Robot My Life is a prime example of a business that shows little regard for consumers or their obligations under Australian law and will try every tactic in the book to get away with keeping your money.

Poolbot is a great product! It’s incredibly efficient, easy to maintain, and does an outstanding job removing debris—even from hard-to-reach areas—leaving the pool clean and clear. I did have a minor issue with the battery, but the service team was absolutely fantastic. They responded quickly, were extremely helpful, and replaced the entire product with a new one without any hassle. Their customer service is exceptionally responsive and reliable. Overall, Poolbot is a great product backed by a great company.

Failed to send an item and lied to me about it. Sought a refund which is proving impossible. Zero customer service, dont reply to emails, staff don'f follow up undertakings from phone calls. Read consistent poor reviews and you will see it's a pattern of conduct. Going to report ASIC.
